Delete my personal data.

Submit a deletion request for personal data Mitigata holds about you. We acknowledge within 2-3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days where no legal hold or insurer retention obligation applies.

Scope. We do not collect Payment Card Information (PCI) or Protected Health Information (PHI). Most requests cover account email, phone, and behavioural analytics records.
Exceptions. Active insurance policy data, claims data, and statutory audit records are retained per IRDAI rules and applicable law. Mitigata cannot delete data the insurer is legally obligated to keep.
Confirmation. Once processed, you receive a written confirmation email from our Grievance Officer along with deletion scope and retention exceptions.
